Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Lead project teams, ensuring compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices during installations and repairs
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and inspectors to ensure project timelines
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed Master Electrician
- Valid Journeyman/Master Electrician license in MD and PA (or ability to obtain)
- Proven expertise with industrial control systems, VFDs, and power distribution
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Leadership experience supervising crews of 3+ technicians
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
