Responsibilities
- Design, install, and maintain complex electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of high-voltage equipment and control systems
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Supervise apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for system implementation
- Conduct system testing, load calculations, and energy efficiency audits
- Manage client relationships and provide technical consultation
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Master Electrician license required
- Minimum 5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems, VFDs, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics fluently
- Experience with project management and team leadership
- Must pass background check and drug screening
