Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to provide exceptional service and solutions
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials and tools
- Document service reports and maintain accurate job records
- Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid New York State Plumber's License (Master or Journeyman)
- Knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
