Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan wiring layouts accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other construction trades to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electrical construction and maintenance.
- Deep knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution systems.
- Strong reading comprehension of technical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
