Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repair in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate work.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate job site documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding project progress and specifications.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician License issued by the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and OSHA safety regulations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
