Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman and Master Electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Prepare work sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform basic troubleshooting under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and a problem-solving mindset.
