Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute complex commercial electrical installations and renovations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all installations adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and emergency repairs on electrical systems.
- Mentor and guide junior electricians and apprentices on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work orders and time logs.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Master or Journeyman Electrician License (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
