Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and local National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices during night shift operations.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Document all work orders, inspections, and material usage accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Journeyman Electrician License (Master License preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, transformers, and motor controls.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and occasional weekends.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
