Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues efficiently.
- Install, repair, and replace pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, drain, and venting systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system integrity and safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and costs to clients.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability for occasional weekend or evening work.
