Responsibilities
- Execute routine preventive maintenance and repairs on complex industrial electrical systems and machinery.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to design and implement electrical solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions efficiently to restore production operations.
- Install, connect, and test electrical components, fixtures, and wiring systems according to code.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company protocols.
- Collaborate with the maintenance management team to prioritize tasks and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (J- license) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts and maintain high performance levels.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
