Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repair on commercial and industrial systems.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to execute wiring projects accurately.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced testing equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians during night shift operations.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate time logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
