Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute complex electrical projects.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Perform regular maintenance inspections to identify potential hazards and prevent downtime.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and technical specifications.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices on proper safety protocols and techniques.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
