Responsibilities
- Design, install, and maintain complex electrical systems and circuits according to blueprints.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical failures efficiently.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices.
- Estimate material and labor costs for electrical projects.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of California.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and comprehend complex blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
