Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes ("NEC").
- Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding project status.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electrical work.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
