Responsibilities
- Perform high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations, maintenance, and repair on commercial and industrial sites.
- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Conduct thorough on-site inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical faults and safety hazards.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices on the job site, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Estimate project costs, materials, and labor requirements for electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Master Electrician License is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial electrical construction or industrial maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Seattle building codes.
- Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) if required for site access.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
