Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work on residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical concepts clearly and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Lead and mentor junior apprentices and trainees as needed.
- Utilize power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic software accurately.
Qualifications
- Certified Master Electrician License (AZ) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
