Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial and residential electrical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
