Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical power, lighting, and control systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine placement of circuits, outlets, load centers, and other electrical equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate electrical systems into new builds.
- Provide exceptional customer service and explain technical issues to clients clearly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and electrical safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required by project schedules.
