Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Manage job site safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Lead junior plumbers and coordinate project timelines
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project explanations
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and work orders
Qualifications
- Texas Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in water heater, pipefitting, and drain cleaning systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Experience with digital job management software
