Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and construction teams
- Provide excellent customer service and explain technical solutions to homeowners and business clients
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing materials and equipment
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and company standards
Qualifications
- Texas Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Experience managing plumbing projects from blueprint to completion
