Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties.
- Perform accurate diagnoses of pipe blockages, leaks, and drainage issues using state-of-the-art detection technology.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Antonio building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication regarding project timelines and costs.
- Lead apprentices and junior plumbers on job sites, ensuring quality control and mentorship.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on water heaters, pumps, and heating systems.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials, reporting shortages or damages promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including pipe cutters and threaders.
