Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead junior plumbers and apprentices on job sites
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Prepare detailed service reports and client invoices
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls after hours (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expert knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and valid Ohio driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
