Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and projects.
- Perform site preparation duties, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and project schedules.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and site etiquette.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
