Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures according to local codes and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity.
- Provide accurate written estimates and communicate clearly with customers regarding job scope and pricing.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Manage a clean and organized work vehicle and tool chest.
- Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications
- Certified Master Plumber license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
