Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform complex installations of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, as well as diagnosing and repairing leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on water heaters, sewage systems, and drainage lines to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of problems and solutions while maintaining a clean work area.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Emergency Response: Respond to urgent service calls and after-hours emergencies in a timely manner to minimize disruption.
Qualifications
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber: Valid Pennsylvania plumbing license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using diagnostic tools, and soldering/brazing.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
