Responsibilities
- Execute complex plumbing installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs for residential and commercial clients.
- Interpret blueprints, building plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe leaks, drainage issues, and HVAC system malfunctions.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor apprentice plumbers, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and professional site clean-up.
- Manage inventory and requisition necessary materials for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Master Plumber License in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding building codes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for emergency calls.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
