Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Install/assemble structural components per blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain organized job sites with proper material staging and waste management
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety hazard reporting
- Collaborate with skilled trades on complex construction sequences
- Adhere strictly to night-shift-specific safety procedures and lighting requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or equivalent apprenticeship
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Class C driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and tolerate extreme temperatures
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction machinery
- Reliable transportation for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts with weekend flexibility
- Strong communication skills and commitment to zero-incident safety culture
