Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, pipe bursts, and drainage issues.
- Install and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining complex issues in clear, simple terms.
- Ensure all work complies with local Seattle building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future plumbing emergencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and company vehicle.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber License required (valid in Washington State).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
- Proficiency with blueprints and plumbing schematics.
