Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan project layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, state regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide accurate written and verbal estimates to customers and manage project timelines effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job sites and service vehicles.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Current and valid California Master Plumber License (or equivalent Journeyman license with significant experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proven ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials (PVC, copper, PEX, galvanized) and fitting techniques.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina to work in various conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
