Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install complex plumbing systems including water heaters, drain lines, and piping.
- Perform inspections to ensure all work meets local Houston building codes and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues in plain English and offering transparent estimates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites.
- Manage inventory and ensure all tools and equipment are in working order.
- Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to schedule jobs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in confined spaces.
