Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters and drainage lines.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools, video inspection cameras, and blueprints.
- Ensure all workmanship complies strictly with local Dallas building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients, and maintaining a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team and management to optimize scheduling and workflow efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices on proper techniques and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (State of Texas) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Dallas metroplex.
- Strong knowledge of copper, PEX, and PVC piping systems and fixtures.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
