Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints for new construction and renovation projects
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and transparent pricing
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and filtration systems
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers on large-scale installations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 classification)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing system failures
- California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency calls
