As a Master Plumber, you will be responsible for leading complex installations, diagnosing intricate issues, and ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive plumbing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, piping systems, drains, and sewage disposal units.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan projects effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide superior customer service, including accurate estimates and transparent communication.
- Mentor junior plumbing staff and conduct on-the-job training.
- Order and manage inventory for job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- Certified Master Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in the plumbing trade.
- Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes (IPC/UPC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions.
