Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Indiana plumbing codes and regulations
- Lead project teams and supervise junior plumbers
- Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Prepare detailed estimates and project timelines
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana Master Plumber license
- Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems and codes
- Experience with both residential and commercial projects
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Clean driving record and valid Indiana driver's license
