Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead emergency response for plumbing failures and water damage incidents
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Provide detailed project reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Master Plumber license in DC and Virginia
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Expertise in copper, PEX, and PVC piping systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and trenchless technology
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
