Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for assigned projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout service calls
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure quality control standards
- Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Drug-free workplace certification required
