Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance with California regulations
- Lead junior technicians and provide on-site training for apprentices
- Manage inventory and order materials for residential/commercial projects
- Deliver emergency services during after-hours and weekend rotations
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client communication logs
Qualifications
- Valid California Master Plumber license (C-36) required
- Minimum 5 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification and CPR certification
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing failures
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
