Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage projects from blueprint to completion while maintaining client communication
- Train and mentor junior plumbers on best practices and procedures
- Conduct routine system inspections and preventative maintenance
- Provide emergency plumbing services with rapid response capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years as a licensed Master Plumber in California
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Advanced knowledge of backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe and fixture issues
- Experience with trenchless technology and pipe rehabilitation
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
