Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and basic installation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form setup
- Conduct daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Preferred: Forklift certification or trade school background
