Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Lead complex plumbing projects including water line replacements, fixture installations, and sewer line repairs
- Ensure all work complies with Arizona plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and recommend optimal solutions
- Train and supervise apprentice plumbers to maintain service excellence
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for assigned projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience with valid Arizona Master Plumber license
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy materials
- Certification in backflow prevention or water treatment preferred
