Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and backflow prevention services
- Ensure compliance with Boston plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project explanations
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and job sites
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid Massachusetts license
- Backflow prevention certification required
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
