Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency service calls and weekend on-call rotations
- Ensure all work complies with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Mentor junior technicians and supervise apprenticeship programs
- Prepare detailed project estimates and maintain accurate service records
- Coordinate with construction teams on new builds and renovations
Qualifications
- Ohio Master Plumber license (or equivalent multi-state certification)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in residential/commercial pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong diagnostic abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience managing plumbing projects from blueprint to completion
