Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and material inventory efficiently
- Mentor junior plumbers and train apprentices
- Provide emergency services during after-hours and weekends
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and property managers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California Master Plumber license (C-36)
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Expertise with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
