Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, including water heaters and drainage lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan plumbing projects.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, including accurate estimates and clear communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (valid in California).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
