Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including fixtures, pipes, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems according to Ohio plumbing codes and blueprints
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Inspect plumbing systems and provide maintenance recommendations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Maintain detailed service reports and client documentation
- Mentor junior plumbers and ensure team safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with license
- Ohio Journeyman/Master Plumber certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
