Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, drainage, and fueling systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and compliance with safety codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide cost estimates.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
