Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe replacements
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety protocols, and project specifications
- Operate specialized tools and equipment (pipe cutters, hydro-jets, etc.)
- Provide accurate cost estimates and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional conduct
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Michigan plumbing license and Ohio reciprocal certification
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR/First Aid training preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
