Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drain lines, and piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine the layout of water supply and waste disposal systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with local codes.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain complex plumbing issues and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, such as video pipe inspection cameras and hydro-jetters.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with dispatch and administrative staff to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipe fitting, welding, and soldering (copper and PEX).
- Tools: Ability to provide your own personal tool belt (or utilize company-provided tools).
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
