Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Perform accurate troubleshooting and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Installation: Install new plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Emergency Services: Respond promptly to after-hours and weekend emergency calls to resolve critical plumbing issues.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain technical issues in plain language, and provide upfront, transparent pricing.
- Tools & Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles and tools, ensuring they are in excellent working condition for daily use.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Master or Journeyman Plumbing License issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, soldering, threading, and using diagnostic tools.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driving record and a current driver's license.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by demand.
