Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead project teams for large-scale plumbing renovations and new constructions
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior plumbers on best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service and transparent communication
- Manage inventory and order plumbing supplies efficiently
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with journeyman/master license
- Valid Colorado Master Plumber certification
- Proven expertise in pipefitting, drainage systems, and fixture installation
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial blueprints
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
